Support - with you every step of the way
Support is fundamental to all the systems we provide and we have
our own team of Support Specialists working from our
Northamptonshire Operations Centre.

We provide support on every aspect of your BI system - data
warehouse, OLAP cubes, QlikView Documents, application software.
In fact the only part of the system we don't support is your
hardware!
Support is available five days a week, from 9am to 5:30pm,
excluding Bank Holidays. And for those customers where any delay in
getting their reports on a Monday morning is going to be a problem,
we offer support from 5am! Just think, no more getting up
early to check the system before you go into the office, we'll do
that for you!
We have comprehensive SLAs for every client and a Help Desk
system to ensure that your calls are recorded, monitored and dealt
with efficiently.
Using VPN connectivity to your server, we can quickly identify
and correct any faults. And with the error trapping we build
into our systems, sometimes we've fixed a problem before you even
become aware of it!
We are also able to liaise directly with software suppliers on
your behalf to quickly effect any changes that might be needed by
upgrading one of your source systems.
