A carefully planned project with clear deliverables and frequent communication is essential if a project is to be a success.  Project Management is a key differentiator in our projects.

All our projects are planned within the framework of the Agile project management methodology.  Using software to plan, track and monitor your project ensures that your implementation has minimal impact on the operation of your business but at the same time delivers the results you expect.  We require minimal resources from you  to limit the impact on your business and your staff.

Project management is introduced during the pre-sale stage of our projects with a scoping exercise taking place to ensure both parties agree on the deliverables, timescales and costs.  This allows our Project Management Team to prepare a plan which is then used for pricing your project - surely the most effective way of providing an accurate price for the project!  This plan is provided as part of our final proposal.

Once you approve the project, the work is scheduled and the necessary preparations can begin.  The project team will split their time between working from your offices and working remotely from ours.  Regular project meetings are held to report on progress as well as email, phone and in some cases Skype communication.

Increased support is provided at "go-live" particularly with large systems to ensure things go smoothly.
