Managed Service - future cost effective development

But our experience shows that it is only when your BI system is
up and running and you start to use it that you begin to really
appreciate its full capabilities and you see new opportunities.
Often, you want to add or change things. More often,
you will have already spent the budget you set aside and may find
it difficult to effect new funds for your new requirements.
Our Managed Service allows for this. Essentially, you pay
up front for a bundle of consultancy days (at a reduced daily
rate). You then "call off" these days as and when you need
them for whatever you need, for example to:
- change a datamart or cube to reflect a change in your
business
- add a new report
- provide training for a new member of staff
- provide some advice/be on site to answer questions and
advise
- effect additional technical development.

ensure that your system constantly reflects the needs of, and any
