InvoiceMart is a datamart application developed using Microsoft
SQL Server. It will link to your epos, invoicing and stock systems
and any BI platform. It is designed to make your
implementation faster and easier by having your data in an
organised and structured database. But because your business
is unique, it is flexible and is customised to suit your specific
needs.
You can use InvoiceMart to:
- Interrogate sales and/or epos data, stock and customer
data.
- Deliver information automatically to users.
- Present a bird's eye view of the business using Key Performance
Indicators compared to a target.
- Drill into detailed information down to SKU, transaction and
customer level.
- Track customer performance, i.e. monitor customer's
increased/decreased spend, what types of customers you are
successful at selling to, how regularly customers buy from you, how
proactive your sales team have been at managing customers,
etc.
- Manage customer churn.
- Compare performance against plan, last year, forecast.
- Understand the results of promotions and plan the next
one.
- Spot products that are declining before they become a
