Jason Martin, Managing Director
My professional experience ranges from accountancy through IT
management, becoming IT director for Old English Inns PLC before
co-founding Tahola in 1999. I worked as a data warehousing and BI
consultant before becoming Operations Director for Tahola in 2004
and then Managing Director in 2008 and am now responsible for the
strategic direction of the company. I also get heavily
involved in pre-sales and proof of concept work and am always
available to evangelise about the benefits of BI using my extensive
commercial and technical experience!

Simon Blackbourne, Commercial Director
I've been involved in the IT industry for over 20 years.
After deciding that a career in accountancy was not for me, I
studied IT before taking a job with an ERP software provider in
their Support Dept. Two years later, I was asked to head up a
new technical team in the company's head office in North London.
Whilst I enjoyed this role, when an opportunity to join the
sales team arose, I took it and have been in sales ever since!
Joining Jason and Mick as co-founder of Tahola, I am
responsible for all sales and marketing activity. My
accountancy training, followed by working in a technical support
role, mean I can advise on most areas customers need help with, so

Mick Deol, Operations Director
I'm the Operations Director of Tahola, responsible for all our
Project Management, Implementation Consultants and Support Team.
My career in the professional consulting services industry
began over 20 years ago with a pan European ERP systems vendor.
I was involved in business information process solutions,
change management and enterprise reporting. Since 1998 I have
been involved in data warehousing and Business Intelligence
solutions, designing award winning systems.
As well as looking after our professional services team, I also
work closely with customers, helping them to identify requirements,
scope projects, design systems and ensure that our delivery meets
their expectations.
I have a Masters Degree in advanced computer science as well as
legal and accounting qualifications.
